Dispatch and delivery timing

Orders are processed after relevant pharmacy checks are complete. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, remote locations, or incorrect address details.

Delivery options

Standard and express delivery options may be available where supported. Any available delivery options and costs will be shown through the order workflow.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. VC Pharmacy may not be able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact the pharmacy promptly if a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. Photos, order details, and carrier information may be required.
